I am wondering if any of you computer geeks can help me. I cannot go into creditnet's chat, or any other chat like that. I also cannot view the Fico simulators or virtual tours online. Does ANYONE know what the heck I did?

if using internet explorer, make sure javascript is enabled, or 'active scripting'
    from the ie menu:
TOOLS/INTERNET OPTIONS/SECURITY tab/CUSTOM LEVEL button/ scroll down to active scripting, make sure it and 'scripting of java applets' are enabled.

no expert here..but it sounded like you've got javascript disabled, or at least your security settings are set too high, something like that

Well I figured something out. I can access these apps through Netscape. When I use Netscape I get a little penguin in the bottom left of my screen called "java console". I can view all these apps in Netscape with it. However, when I go back to my IE I cannot.

You need to turn JAVA on in the browser where things aren't working. Javascript and JAVA are two completely different things.

Most of those calculators and chat programs are JAVA applets that run on your computer, inside your browser...
