For all of those who have recently opened new target accounts, specifically target guest card accounts how long was it before you noticed them reporting ? Im waiting for it to hit my Equifax report to see how it affects my score. Thanks in advance!

PS - I did do a search but there is A LOT of target posts, figured this question would be answered much faster than it'd take me to wade thru all those posts.

What is $200 going to do???

    Lose 2 points...after it's 6 months old...gain back 1 point...(just guessing)

I don't know what it's going to do, thats why im wondering how long it takes for them to report. As unpredictable as FICO is I'd like to have an idea when reporting begins so I'll be able to find out. Um thanks ...

Actually on my EX rpt, the Target Guest card doesn't show a CL just my high balance so if he charges up to the $200 and pays it off, it will be there. I'm not sure but I think that EQ only has my high balance too. To answer the question though, I don't know how soon they rpt.

On my experian report the guest card showed up on the first statement date. It showed on in Equifax about 1 1/2weeks later.

I just got an increase on my husband's Visa. Only $300, but still an increase. It was a little harder this time, had to call twice, and got transferred three times. I just refused to take no for an answer, when they kept repeating the"the system automatically reviews accounts for increases every 90 days" smeal, I said, listen, I've had this account way longer than 90 days, and it hasn't been reviewed or I'd had gotten an increase already. Then they checked to see if it HAD been reviewed, saw it wasn't and finally did it.

Not sure how long it takes. I got my approval on July 15th, and have not recieved a statement nor had it show on any report as of yet...
