I was approved today for the Optima card with a $12,000 line. My score was 720 at application time and they pulled Equifax. They have pulled Equifax every time I have applied.

Thanks everybody. Butch - I now have 23 positive tradelines reporting. JD - It should have been instant. I applied online but got a "the system is unable to process your request, please call or try again later." I checked with them the next day and they said they got the app and it would take 48 hours. Then they said they had 2 apps. I don't know where that came from. Then today I see they pulled a 2nd Equifax, which I am going to discuss with them today. They didn't need a 2nd report in 3 days.
Congrats LKH! There's still something on my Eq holding them up from getting my a Delta or Hilton card. They want a mailed copy of my report rather than the online version.
Amex for some reason, has been very generous with the limits they've given me. My other acct, the Delta Skymiles, was my first acct with them and they gave me $10,000 limit. Maybe it's because of the citi plat. select acct I have that is reporting a limit of $12,000 and they wanted to match it?
