We have ran across lake property at a VERY cheap price. It must be sold within 2 weeks. We were told by the current owners that the boring tests suggested it needed a pile foundation. We know that this is more expensive but does anyone know how costly it is? This property has 300' lake frontage with is next to IMPOSSIBLE to find. The price is a STEAL if the pilling cost would not be unbearable. Anyone have experience here?

No I don't. It wouldn't be so bad but I have to wait until Tues to find anything out all businesses will be closed until after Labor Day. Not to mention we are going somewhere. I am going to go crazy!
