They are guessing that the tech. department has fixed the problem of allowing a user to pull multiple reports. In other words before Aug 15th, which is the date the released their new website you could only pull once evry 24hrs. I am sure those who were here prior to that date remember that. Well...it seems that alot of people were calling in about being able to pull multiple reports{seems we can't keep our mouths shut about a good thing}, so they have now gone in a stopped us from pulling multiple reports. The person I spoke with was just speculating on what has happened though. They have not gotten any official word that this is what is happening. I hope this helps all who have been wondering.
First, I will say that they do not need anyone to call them and tell them that we are pulling multiple reports. They see everything we see on our reports as are as the inquiries go. Not to mention they offer UNLIMITED reports. If I wanted to pull my report 5 times a day I should be able to. We do not need an official word here. They renigged on the deal that we paid up to 70.00 bucks for.
