I don't know, I have some days left too. I'm afraid to cancel them because the CSR told me that once I do, I can't reorder for 3 months. I have until the 13th, so I'm afraid to lose out on those 10 days, if I"m going to have to wait another 3 whole months to order!

FYI, I did the trial in July and was able to resign up on 9/1 and I did the 39 buk deal... so basically I am paying $110 for exp and eq... I guess its worth it..

send an email to customer.service@equifax.com and put cancel in the subject line and include your confirmation number in the body with something like "please cancel my credit watch membership, my confirmation number is webxxxxxxx"

You'd better hurry, the last time I had to cancel them it took like six weeks.

You will probably have to send a follow up email every day for the ten days.

    good luck!

I guess I should call them, my 30 day trial is up on the 7th, and I don't trust them to refund after they put it on my CC.

Has anyone who has a membership beyond the 30-day trial period been able to cancel and re-enroll at the lower rate? If so, how did you swing it? TIA

Ok, can someone please tell me how to get to this offer, I am new on the board. I am on the trial offer for 69.95, which I only have a couple of days before I get charged.

    Thanks

first find the hyper link in this thread, go to it and you will see the 39.95 offer where you used to see 69.95. bookmark that page.

call EQ customer service and cancel, wait a day until your old account is disabled. then once it is disabled you go back to the book marked page. atempt to sign on and you will be prompted to sign up again, only for 39.95 this time.

I called and cancelled mine today. The lady said I would still be able to view it until the 13th when the trial period ends.

I told her I would subscribe for $39.95 and she said the best she can offer is $59.95.

I try to sign up again in a few days/

I signed up today for me and my husband using the link in this thread. I printed the page that showed the 39.95 for my records. I will get the first 30 days free so I will have to wait until next month to see what they charge on my cc. I'm pretty sure they will charge the 39.95, but I have proof if they don't.
