try household auto. or just bring alot of cash to the dealership and put a large DOWNPAYMENT. and you will get a loan. i put down 5,000 and still got raped with a 15.9 . either get a cheap car or take it up the @#$ on a interest rate untill you get good credit.

Roadloans and PeopleFirst are the same company. Both owned by Capital One.

No, Peoplefirst is owned by Capital one. Roadloans is owed by Triad Financial Corporation. Capital One has no relationship with Roadloans. I am a Roadloans customer, most of the paperwork says Triad Financial Corporation / Roadloans on it. I even just called and asked that question, their response "Roadloans is an independent finance company, wholly owned by Triad Financial Corporation. We have no relationship or ownership by or with Capital One".

Hope this changes your mind. Only Peoplefirst is owed by Capital One.

BTW You can also try (I wouldn't, they can be good but in my experience they've been terrible) Rategenius (http://www.rategenius.com)

Wow platinum... chase has some great rates.. I wonder with my eq score of 617 and tu fico of 686, which level do you think I am? Course I have very high utilization (like 75% used, 25% free)

    excellent
    very good
    good
    fair?

i wonder if they do refi's... im at 9.9 so anything less would be great!

    thanks

    even with my high utilization?

i sure would love to refi that 9.9%... every month i call for a payoff.. i pay $400 a month yet the payoff only changes by like 100 :(

If you do refi your utilization stays as same. You are not asking for additional credit. You are asking just for debt transfer. I think they will be happy to take it over. Do you have any derogs ?

Right now equifax shows 2 derogs from 1997. Experian shows 1 and tu shows 1, all from 1997.

I tried doing a refi back in November with People first.. they denied me (i was about 600 then). capitalone's second chance approved me for 15.99% HAH... i wish I could understand how they got away with pulling 2 requests on every damn reporting company... grr!

i have almost no inquiries on any report!

now i just have to pay SH** off! :)

    enough blabbering now...
