Equifax says 5 days

    before I can see my report again. Those idiots out of the blue gave me an "unable to verify identity message last night. Platinum said it was due to too many inquiries and after I called them, he apparently was right. They are doing me the great favor of taking some of the inquiries off to make my report smaller "for me". I told her not to do me any favors and leave it alone, but no go. I guess LKH's trick is finished for me.

    I don't know if they're doing anything differently now, but we went through the same thing a little over a month ago. They were saying 5 days, we waited and NOTHING was done. Well, that is until we called and pointed out the fact that our bank had not been able to pull an EQ that day to approve a loan for us (true) and if it wasn't immediately corrected we'd sue for the damage caused to our business.

    We called them on a Friday night, got a follow up call on Saturday from the same rep. It was corrected Sunday night.

    Bumpage continues as before.

    They can do it in less than 24 hours only if they want to. I demanded immediately repair. I told them if they can not fix it right away to send me a hard copy in the mail every single day until they fix it . As I said the repair was done very next day.

    What about some form of rebate? They can tell you pull it everyday. Now you have to go without? I would call back as Platinum said and tell hem to send a hard copy WITH score everyday until it is fixed.
