    It doesn't matter how big the award was, or even that ttowns won. What matters is the CA's lost. :D

    I didn't even know that transcripts were available for small claims. I'd use some of your award to buy it. Even if just to show your grand kids.

    Is there a version of Godwin's Law that deals with those who invoke 9-11 in an effort to bolster their arguments? If not, there should be...

    Quixote, I believe you meant "Fuhrman"... In any event, Fuhrman didn't say that rhyme about fitting and acquitting. Rather, that was Cochran.
