Is there a site that offers a 30-day trial for TU? identityguard.com doesn't offer it unfortunately.

I just want to know if AT&T Universal pulled TU since I don't see any inquiries on EQ or EX...

freecreditprofile.com pulls transunions's report and they have a 30 day free trial.

This reminds me of something I had forgotten to post about regarding pulling a free TU report.

A couple of weeks ago I tried to pull one for a friend from TU's site using the "been denied credit within 60 days" method. Normally, it doesn't matter what creditor name is chosen, it yields a free report.

UNLESS you have no hard inquiries at all on your report. (Yes, I know, who could this possibly be?)

The system rejected her request for the free report. First time I had ever seen that happen.

Same thing happened to me. Sounds like they are wise now.

WorthKnowing.com also pulls TU and will show you the hard inquiries for the previous two years. Free, but only one pull for 90 days.

actually jon someone pointed this out- after you view your score click on my account at the top of the page. Scroll down and click on delete your account. then the next day you can repull a brand new report.

This may be the reason why I cannot pull. I have no inq. on TU. Thnks DemPooches.

Thanks Tracy. I pulled my TU via worthknowing but it doesn't show a new inquiry pulled from Citi. I wonder if Citi uses their existing information if you've an account already, which I have with my Citi Platinum Select.

Citi pulled Equifax for me in NJ.

They also have memories of an elephant.

I'm actually surprised I got that card. My CR shows an old Citi account that I closed. I don't remember having it, so I have no idea how I handled it. I guess it must've been ok though!

Tracyb0313, thanks for the flashlight. Found my way through the dark alley and now I see. By the way. I see your journey is going really well. I have been impressed by your posts and maneuvers.

    Keep up the good work.

Yes, I knew about that WK back door, use it to make more inquiries on TU. Also, as a side note regarding getting free reports at the TU site.

It is needed that you have an inquiry in the hard section within the previous 60 (maybe 70 or so) days in order to state that you had been denied credit. The point is, "TU DISCLOSURE" show in the hard section, which means if you mail them, talk to them on the phone or dispute anything or ask any question about your credit report it counts as an inquiry in that section, then you can get your report each day.

This is what I have been doing, I do not have a real hard inquiry since January, but have "TU DISCLOSURE" from 45 days ago. I will send them a letter soon which will cause another DISCLOSURE so I can continue to get it for free.

Also, since it was mentioned in this thread..CitiBank checked my wife's TU report in New York for a Platinum Select in May.
