Herauntsis, thanks for posting that. I knew it said complete in the FCRA somewhere, but hadn't had time to review it. I was looking for a cause of action, but wasn't sure it existed. I am giving serious thought to filing in federal court against Capital One and some of the other companies who refuse to report the credit limit. Am looking for input from all of you gurus out there. I have the same problem, so I called CS and they acted like they were shocked to hear that the CL was not being reported. He said he was going to submit a credit report correction request blah blah blah! PFB here we come.
