strange postal/cc question

    Can we buy a postal money order using a credit card and if we do is it considered a cash advance or a purchase. I say this because I could take out a $1000 money order, deposit it in my bank, move the money back into my credit card and get the reward points for the $1000 money order.

    I agree with Butch. You can't get ANY MO by CC unless you use debit. Charlie

    well crud there goes that bright idea. Who would be dumb enough to dispute something with the federal government(unless bogus of course).

    I think Wal-mart sells money orders. Not sure if you can pay for them by cc.

    Don't most places put a ceiling well below $1,000 for money orders? Never seen them go that high before.
