Someone with a legal background can answer better, but have you filed a complaint with the BBB? They might help. (BBB). They helped me with a software company. Better yet, call them and see what they say. I have found they are helpful if you talk to them on the phone. They will walk you through the steps you need to file a complaint. Sorry about your getting ripped off. I wish you luck. It's sad when people do stuff like this to people ;-(

If the company took money from your bank account via an automated debit... call your bank. You can ask them to "reject" the payment, and it will be reversed from your account. They may require you to file a form, but you definately can get your money back if it was an automated debit. Federal Law provides this right.
