   I was wondering if sending disputes to local branch offices of CRAS is the same as sending them to HQ? Is good or bad to send it to a branch office? Does the 30 days start even if you send to a branch? Is their a EQ in Southern California?

   Either EQ online disputes let you do it or not, depends where you live.
