up and down venting

    Sorry just need to vent today....
    Started out excited...Experian FINALLY fixed all 16 of my student loans to positive trade line (only two month after the other two CRA) and I was doing the happy dance because I got a 40+ point jump and broke the 600 glass ceiling for the first time.

    Then I went to check my Equifax and had those 7 nasty medical collections from Mutual Hospital magically disappear yesterday and today absolutely no point change :(

    Anyone have a fax number for Mr. Strunk at Mutual Hospital services??? Thanks :)

    It might be possible that the score hasn't updated yet. I have heard stories of that happening.

    Why do you want to fax the hospital if they removed the medical derogs?

    No, I don't have a number for you, just curious.

    Mutual Hospital is NOT a hospital but a collection agency, and I wanted the fax number because they verified with Experian and TransUnion and I have them on violations because they verified without validating with me, not once but twice.

    Question: If say one collection agency has several accounts and posted each one separtate and they verified without validation, is that one violation or is that a violation per each account??

    I didn't realize they had verified on the other 2 CRA's and had only been deleted from the 1.

    They aren't a hospital -- What a misleading name that is for a CA!

    It read like you were upset with them that they deleted and your score didn't change.

    I had them on violations and they deleted everything when i sent the intent to sue letter!

    THANK YOU so much Uniondiva!!

    I havnt sent the estoppel letter(they ignored the validation), but I already have them on violations. Is it too soon to send the intent to sue??

    Also no one has been able to answer this question: If 1 CA has say 3 accounts on me and each is listed seperate and they verify without validation does that equal 1 violation of $1000 or does it equal 3 violations of $3000???

    And yes I am upset that my Equifax score has not changed in over 24 hours after they got deleted for non-response. That was 7 collections deleted and absolutly no score change...I was bummed :)
