Im so excited... My offer on a house in studio city, ca just got excepted... My home loan was pre-approved with countrywide... 10% down no points 6.05 APR... Being that I just had a daughter we were looking to move to a new area that was nicer than where we live now.. I plan to lease or rent the house we bought last year... Again if it wasnt for creditnet I wouldnt have even gotten my first house... Now Im moving to the bling bling area... Thanks All Kev

i got the house for 450,000 all the houses around there are over 700,000 it is a fixer upper but my wifes uncles are contractors.. soo.. I am doing a 80\10\10 10% down, 10% 2nd trust deed... kev
