Anyone have any dealings with this CA. I think they are a part of Risk Management services. I recieved one call nasty call from them after I disputed a listing they have on me. They verified and updated my file and took off the file rating and now its blank. They have a notation on there that they are doing a internal investigation and resolution is pending. I want to validate the debt but Im not sure of what date to use to see if the SOL has run out yet. I know if you use the start date the SOL is close. I just don't want them to bring suit against me So I was wondering if anyone else has dealt with these people so I could know what to expect. Thanks!!
............is a joke. Check the archives. Is it the branch in Harker Heights or in the NW? Don't worry, dispute, dispute and they will delete. I have helped 3 friends that had them on their reports and they deleted one after the 1st letter and the other two were after the 2nd letter. Charlie
Harker Heights . Ive had the one nasty call and haven't heard anything from them . I asked the lady about 30 validation. She said they sent a letter. I replied You send it registered? She said no but we have no record of it being returned. I asked prove I got it then. She hung up after that . Shortly after that it when they verified my dispute and updated my file with a notation they are dispute and have resolution pending . Its been that way for about 2 months now
Send another validation (estoppel) letter. If they failed to validate but verified with the CRA's you have em. I know that they didn't notate either. Keep racking up the violations. Charlie
Write to the BBB in their area of Texas. You can do it online. Along with a validation letter it will make them delete. Worked for me and I received a letter from Genesis stating they were removing from all three CRA. Good Luck
