Hi I was wondering if it is anyones experience that CA and or OC get more aggressive to collect towards the end of the year ? I assume the yearly books for taxes etc vary from business to business but do you think they try to collect aggressivly (lawsuits etc) now that the year is coming to a close Any thoughts ? Maybe it doesn't matter I'm just trying to tread lightly around some account I can't afford to deal with yet. Jamie
Alot of comanies just ended their fiscal year sept. 30th. To answer your question, I would say no, because they begin their time when they receive the collection account. Charlie
