    Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I'm believing in the Judges!

    Whooooooooo Hooooooooooo

And shame, double shame, triple on WAMU and all that are just like them.

We shouldn't accept these loans, you brokers shouldn't sell these loans, and the Judges must empower their gavels! That will take care of predatory lending and no one will have to worry about changing all the laws.

    Says me.

Oh my God. That is probably the most sinister thing I have ever heard of a bank doing. What monsters.

This also sounds like Wells Fargo mortgage.

I totally believe it. Worked for a good company for 13 years. Then came WAMU, I quit in 6 mos. Never seen such awful leadership and policies.

Wells Fargo has got NOTHING on *shudder* Option One Mortgage whose moto is to screw their customers at every opportunity and if an opportunity does not exist they'll think of one.

Be sure to take the payment book with you to the bank. ;)

I just reached 80& of my home's value by sending in a $6000 payment and therefore was entitled to removal of PMI. I sent the bank a request to remove it. They wrote me a letter saying 'Please document that the extra principal payment was not a loan'...

I did that and it still took them over 1 month to remove PMI. They hung on as long as they could, extracting 1 more month of PMI before removing it. It just makes me angry...

...AND THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO ASK THAT QUESTION...WHY????

I WOULD HAVE ASKED FOR THEM TO 'DOCUMENT' THEIR RIGHT TO COLLECT THAT INFORMATION!!! BUT THAT IS ME!!!

I didn't think they could ask me that either, but since I didn't take a loan, I thought by simply providing the info. they would easily see that it wasn't. But by the time they 'process' the paperwork, it's an easy way to extract another month.

If I didn't play by their rules, they wouldn't remove it. It's such a pain in the A**.

I sold some stock to get the money. I just show them that I have $X in stock, then I sell my stock, and send the money to them. Just need a bank statment.
