    If i ever get a bogus notice from a CA and they have included a 'no postage necessary' return envelope..I will put some trash in the envelope and send it back

    Your chance of getting a postage paid envelope from a CA is about 1 in 100. You may be waiting awhile....

    Print up stickers with the CA's 800 number.

    "Free Dirty Joke Of The Day - 1-800-nnn-nnnn"

    Stick on payphones all over the country on your travels, especially in bars.
