I have had very good relations with Capital One's Eugene Cooke. However, for the past two weeks, I haven't been able to get him to return phone calls. I've been asking finishing a problem with getting a payment credited that he helped me fix.. Anyone else been having bad luck lately? I was told he was in, but perhaps he's been swamped or something...
Re: Mr Cooke not returning phone ca what Doc, that he is sick of talking to me? Certainly possible. Seriously tho, I'm careful never to bug him about stuff that a CSR can handle--and in this case, he did half the cleanup job for me already, and agreed to act on the rest of the fees I was charged once they hit...so it seems a little puzzling....
I would inagine he is swamped. I PFB'd for a limit increase and it took 2 weeks for him to return the call. He aslo usually emails me but this time he didn't. He did give me the increase but when he called and left a message, he just said everything has been taken care of. He usually asks me to call him but this time he just said if there were any questions, I should call. It was clear to me hae was swamped. He aslo sounded ill on the recording.
