I'm so sorry I haven't replied to this yet, I actually haven't been on this site in months and don't normally check the email I have registered here.

I actually have no answer yet as to how this turned out since I haven't pursued it. Once I got my hubby's credit cleaned up we bought a house, got a huge Discover limit, along with a few other credit lines on his good credit and with moving I haven't had any time or need to think about working on my own credit any more. Maybe once things settle down a little, I might get in on the holiday disputes :)

    Congrats on the house Laurie!

Any more thoughts on this topic. Those OC who sold the debts are a bear for me. Especially Sears. Any thoughts?

I had a first interstate visa and mastercard when I was 18. I sent them a validation letter and they sent me copies of the original application. They had even changed from FI to wells Fargo....Freaky, Some companies keep everything!
