Due to my recent shenanigans I have way too many hard inquiries on Experian - tried sending them a letter of dispute on two of them (which shouldn't have checked my report - for real) and didn't even get a reply - those slimy b**tards!!! Anyhoo - keep on trying Doc's trick in the hopes that it might work again - but up til now - to no avail. If anybody can find a way to put hards on Ex in dispute - PLEASE SHARE! I know the answer, but I'm not going to tell you because you need to suffer for failing to live up to your promise.... Seriously, send them the letters CRRR with some threatening legal jargon. I sent two in back in June, and they investigated both, one came off, one is still there. BTW, just applied for the blue for business card and got it with a 50k limit. Incredible huh? 2.9% for 6 months. I think I'm going to go buy a Porsche with it.
I disputed with experian and they would not delete the bogus hards. I sent an intent to sue and they would not delete. I sued them and they still will not delete. One of the OCs wrote them a note saying I never applied and experian still will not delete. they suck
