If you all recall, I was helping a friend with his credit this past summer and I wanted to share the success we had. Still a long way to go though. Only have update on EQuifax. Through the dispute process, they deleted Asset Acceptance, Credit Store, Montgomery Wards, and RA Rogers Collections. Unfortunately, he still only has just one positive tradeline and 5 inquiries in last 3 months so his score has only gone up about 15 points. He still needs to get updated TU and Experian so I don't know where we are on that.
TU, you can get online for free. Put denied for credit and make up a company. EX, you can sign up for creditexpert.com free for 30 days. Good job! Charlie
