Two tradelines (old ones I might add) were deleted from my Equifax report when I pulled it yesterday. My one and only car loan which was paid as agreed and closed (from 1996!) and I'm not sure what the other one was, except my EQ score plummeted to something like 630! I didn't have any disputes going and there was no reason for them to be deleted. Helllp!!!!!

Unfortunately, the answer they are going to give, as they did to me, is to say positive tradelines can stay for "up to 10 years" but it doesn't mean they have to stay for that long. We chose to delete them after 7 years. And there is nothing we can do about it. Good luck. Let us know their answer.
