Just got a letter from TU. WE HAVE COMPLETED OUR REINVESTIGATION AND THE RESULTS ARE SHOWN BELOW. ITEM RESULTS SEARS DELETED UNIQUE DELETED CRDT MGT DELETED HONOR DELETED THAT MEANS NO MORE DEROGS!!! FINALLY!!
I disputed online a few times. 1 just hit the 7 yr. and one i kept nagging the oc and ca after i paid a collection. I emailed them alot. the other 2 were just deleted from the disputes. I hope they stay off.
Congrats! I wish I had your luck. All of my disputed accounts with TU came back as "verified". The thing that irks me the most is that I know for a fact that several of the 6+ year old accounts can't be verified at all anymore. TU is simply lying about the accounts having ever been investigated in the first place. Well, hopefully this is a sign of things to come from TU. Congrats Again. Happy (early) CHOD!

Great work! I love it when that happens. When I got Citibank off TU that was a day to rejoice. Was the Sears the derog that was scheduled to come off soon? That is the one derog I'm having problems with.
Yea, it was from 12/95. My experian had it as 2/96, but it's gone from them too. I disputed it, it came back verified, but now its gone! I hope its really gone! just one bad left on experian, its in dispute now. Some $75 doctor bill, if it gets verified I will try to offer to pay for deletion. and then i think all I will have on equifax is that RMA (sears) that was re-aged, but its in dispute now. they did remove the original sears. I might have all three spotless very soon! I cant believe that!
