I noticed some other posts that the CRA's are taking their time putting the disputes into their systems. You may have to play hardball on the 30 day timeframe. Charlie

The scary thing about that is: if it takes that long for the consumer to see the dispute, how long does it take for a potential creditor to see a dispute? Are we getting equal time-service here?

Frankly, if I knew they received my dispute on 11/29, I should be able to apply for credit on 11/30 or 12/1 and know that the TL shows Disputed, no question. Also, if I pay for an online report, what's my guarantee that it's even remotely accurate? TU actually says "it may take up to 60 days for a payment to show on your credit report." I guess the FCRA and its mandates regarding accurate reporting are based on a sliding scale.....

At least, from my own experience, when dealing with EQ - there is no guarantee, of course that could just be me.

Why is this a shock? It has only been 2 BIZ days, AFTER a very long weekend. Also, there seems to be a 12-24 hour lag in the EQ CW system before items are displayed to the consumer.

Why Call? You know the date the clock started ticking - let it stay untouched for as long as possible before they start looking into it.

It took my last mail in a full 5 Biz days to show In Dispute on CW.

I requested a procedural by mail on 5 "investigated"
tradelines and EQ started a new dispute for each. They do show up on CW as of 11/29. I mailed
    mine on 11/22 CRRR.
EXP has only maked 2 out of 11 disputes as "under investigation".

If they don't have my dispute by 12/6/2
i will ask for it to be removed. The rep was asking what was the dispute, i would not tell because i know they would have put it that day. Thank's for the Procedure.
