Many of us have access to the best resources available. You aren't offering case law we don't already have access to as a group. If you want to share, great, if not, we'll be fine.

Posting as an authority on a subject when you really have little understanding of what you're posting about only confuses those trying to learn.

Okay, you've proven your point. Now shows us that the rest of us aren't actually the ones getting under your skin and keeping you at your desk all night.
That's how you really prove you've won. That's how you really make a point and win the battle.
Have you ever read Sun Tzu's Art of War?
For some reason, I feel we are the one who are winning. What are your thoughts?

    ttowns sued you and won

and others will also. We will run you off no matter how many times you come here and pose as consumers. Of course you could just move to another city. Or learn to spoof, that may be the best solution. You're so smart, you can do it.

I would rather someone's experiences relayed to me on a CREDIT board and case laws relayed to me on a CASE LAW board.

I tried to bring case law into my small claims experience and I was told "this is SC's case law is not needed in here"

    Stan,

Go home and cry to your mommy. You deserve no respect in that you do not know caselaw either nor do you provide anything useful.

This site does not want or need immature angry self-egrandizing jerks like yourself.

That's funny, read the post "went to small claims court and lost".

Guess why he lost? No case law, or at least that is what judge told him.

    Stan/Kid,

Please stay in school. They have not taught you proper grammar or how to spell yet.

Also, please go away. If everyone on this board bothers you so much, just go away! Apparently you know when you aren't wanted or you wouldn't be foaming at the mouth.

attn: stan aka the kid aka CA attorney,
You lost before because of this board, and you will continue to lose as more and more consumer's become aware of your tactics.
Why don't you start doing some homework, otherwise you will soon be out of a job.
(i'm bored, can we play on the titter-totter now)

    Re: KNOCK~KNOCK [TROLL] ALERT

Hey moron From MY (See that MY, not YOURS, MY) EXPERIENCE (that meaning being in my local courtroom, having filed the case and showing up to Prove my case) I tried to use case law and was told it wasn't needed BY THE JUDGE!!!!

I also spoke to a few local attorneys before the court case and they said the same thing dont bring it!

Now show in my post where I said it was like this in EVERY state??? Just because SOME can use it, doesn't mean we all can. Its great to have but The Kid was not GOD of Case Law. While we are praising people why not praise Dave for coming up with the FAQ's? Or Doc for his litigous mindset post???

    Hmm?

    Re: KNOCK~KNOCK [TROLL] ALERT

So just cuz the case law doesn't help you does not mean that it won't help someone else. So why even say anything dumbo?
