    What a load of crap.

I have had many online inquiry disputes successfully deleted by EX. I don't have screen shots but have printed reports telling the story.

Notarized affidavits from creditnetters may be helpful. Many of us have had inquiries put into dispute online and subsequently deleted. It was common knowledge here that EX accepted online inquiry disputes and that they would seemingly delete without investigation. There is enough evidence here to prove EX permitted online inquiry disputes and that is was not just an anomaly some may have experienced.

    I hope you nail 'em.

If it goes to court does the mediator have to be there for cross?

Post a separate thread to him - "Hey George!" He probably isn't really paying attention.

Is it enough that they accepted disputes before? I have a number of inquiry deletions that were online and pre docs trick(though no proof that they were done online). Do you need the copies of the credit reports-I'll have to check if I still have the accompanying letters?

If it helps I printed out the procedure from PsychoDoc to challenge disputes. Let me know if this helps and I could snail mail it to you.

Thanks but I mainly need stuff that shows legal deletions, anything that maintains they did online inquiry disputes, and somewhere out there has to be a screen shot of their inquiry investigation screen. I know you dislike experian as much as the rest of us george so if you get a free minute sometime a notorized affidavit stating you have successfully disputed and had inquiries deleted and that you remember inline inquiry disputing like the rest of us. That would really be great.

Do any of you legal buffs like whyspers know if I can still do discovery for small claims. Obviously I will have to get a continuance so that all of you can get those affidavits in. If I do discovery maybe I can get their lies in writing and they can perjure themselves all they want. Also, I assume I can subpoena the mediator?

Well, I don't really have anything to help you, as I used the trick, but they will tell you if you call that you can't dispute inquiries, and they will say the same if you do it in writing, as I understand. So if you can SHOW that people HAVE INDEED gotten inquiries deleted, that should be proof enough that they are liars.

I have paper reports from Experian showing inquiries under investigation and showing ones that had been deleted. Nothing that I printed from online, but ACTUAL paper reports from Experian. I would be more than happy to share if it will help any.

I believe I have an investigation where they deleted inquiries...may have more than one. If you want to email me a fax no., I can fax you a notarized statement tomorrow or send me a mailing address and I'll send you the original.

I have said this before...I WONDER IF THE COMPANIES THAT PAID THE CRA'S MONEY FOR AN INQUIRY...ARE WANTING THEIR MONEY BACK ON REMOVED ONES???

    That could be BIG $$$$$$$

If this is real court (versus small claims), I wonder if you can supena the CRA's IT manager and and ask under oath if they have every offered this service on their web site.
