Got a letter from TU to DH- one of those "since we recieved additional info, we're going to take another 15 days to investigate" letters. They say initial correspondence recieved 11/26 Additional info recieved 12/3 I did not send any info to them that they would have recieved on 11/26. CHOD disputes were signed for 12/3. My plan is to give them til 1/8 then send a nastygram informing them that there was NO additional correspondence regarding the disputes, and since their 30 days (+5) is up, I am demanding deletion. Good plan? Is there a better one out there?
I think TU is so far behind that they are sending this type of letter trying to get more time. I too received the same thing in the mail and I too NEVER sent them any updated info. I am sticking to the original date and when they do not provide me with the results they will get another letter letting them know they need to DELETE the item in question.
TU forwarded my DH's chod disputes to our local affiliate. They have only ever done that once despite all of the disputes I've sent them over the past year. They must really be swamped. L
