EQ Credit Watch Notifications....

    Has anyone else had a problem with receiving Equifax Credit Watch notifications?

    Each month, since last April I have just receive an email stating:

    "Equifax Credit Watch(TM) is your front-line defense against identity theft. Over the past month, we have monitored your credit file daily. CREDIT WATCH DID NOT DETECT ANY CHANGES TO YOUR FILE DURING THIS PERIOD. Please consider this your
    "NoNews is Good News" report. If there are any changes in the future, we will send you an e-mail notification within 24 hours."

    This is despite the fact that there have been changes each and every month (new inquires, accts, etc) that show on my report when I log in and pull it, but NO notifications whatsoever.

    I had my WHOLE report changed once, my report was SWITCHED with someone els's and get my regular 'no changes' e-mail as well. So what does that tell you? But, I ususlly DO get an e-mail for inq.

    I have had the same problem but only in the month of November. I called them twice about it in November because I had several changes during this time. I was told that I would be getting an email concerning this within 48 hours. Never received an email either time. About 2 weeks later, I did get a notification about an inquiry from household bank. Still nothing though....

    I NEVER get updates on anything. I only see the changes and the last three alerts at the bottom of the screen after I log in.

    Two new credit card accounts were added to my report as of a couple of weeks ago... not to mention the inquiries. Yet, I got the Creditwatch email saying there were NO changes.

    I emailed tech support about this, will see if I get anywhere (doubt they'll reply) and let you know!

    I have the same problem. I am going to cancel though because I used all of my repotrs up just to track the changes because I was not getting any notifications at all.

    i had a problem for a couple months but it started back.

    Speak of the devil, I just got one telling me a tradeline has been placed in dispute. OT question. When you send a UDF to Efx, shouldn't they just fix the tradeline? They put mine in dispute. I was under the impression with a UDF they would just fix it. What's up?

    I HAVE NEVER GOT ANY NOTIFICATIONS ON ANYTHING, EXCEPT THE ABOVE E-EMAIL.

    I have never received ANY type of notification email, but DH gets one anytime ANYTHING happens, in fact he got the same one today saying "no changes" blah blah blah...

    wanna see funny - i have one last late pay on equifax... somehow they verified but fleet tells me i was never late - they sent me a letter to say i was never late - i faxed it to equifax...

    this is what they have now - i will get my new report tomm morning so i can tell you if it was removed
