Recently I stumbled upon this thread. What an eye opener. I've seen disruptive threads SLAMMED SHUT, Trolls disappear quickly and fewer OT posts. The "alleged" struggle between newbie and old timer is gone and we're very productive of late. Also - I congratulate those who have been around a while. You're doing a great job too, at spotting the trouble makers quickly and alerting. I think Odessa is doing a great job and thought it was high time we said so. What do you guy's think?
It definitely is better than it was a couple of weeks ago. There is still one [] running around who used to be of help.
There has never been a conflict between oldtimers and newcomers, unless there was a CA troll here trying to make someone think there was a conflict.
