Neg public records..??help.. newbie

    no, dispute it with the CRA! and no they do not contact the plaintiff, they report (if they do verify) only what is in the court record

    I have found it helpful to delete the address on your report that matches the address on the public record.
    Then dispute as not mine.

    I have done this and it has worked every time for me.

    I am curious, Have you had that many public records on your file? just curios:)

    I had 1 record that was on 2 reports. The address on the public record was an address I no longer lived at and had it taken of my report.

    I've been told by many people here that removing addresses will make it hard to verify. So far it worked for me.

    May be so, because there is no social security number ( that I know of ) associated with the Judgement. I will fire off a dispute, in a month or so, after I get all of my "choding" done. If your reading this thread and have experience with Judgements, please post, or, plug in links to TASTY posts.

    Has anyone ever seen or heard of any of these on a credit report?
    1*Auto titles
    2*Vehicle transfers
    3*Auto license plates and registrations
    4*Pending law suits
    5*Real estate transfers
    6*Property tax records
    7*Property deeds
    8*Divorce records
    9*Mortgage and loan filing and recording information
    10*Court cases
    11*judgments
