    FDCPA 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692g(b).

    L

    Edit:

Okay...maybe this should be clarified...continued reporting to the CRA's is considered (or can be considered) continued collection activity. If they verify but do not provide validation...they are violating 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692g(b).

How about the specifics on Re-aging...I found info in FCRA 606, but does that include what a collection agency has to follow?

Collection Agencies have to follow FCRA because:

    § 603. Definitions; rules of construction [15 U.S.C. §

    (b) The term "person" means any individual, partnership, corporation, trust, estate, cooperative, association, government or governmental subdivision or agency, or other entity.
