Dear Friends. I need help desperately. After writing several letters Including nutcase/estopple to World Financial Network Bank I recieved a letter back from stating that they have no signed account application on file, and that the accounts have been reviewed no errors found, case closed etc. Also they stated that the account was charged off as of 9/7/98 & paid in full 9/29/98. My Experian credit report shows the account as charged off 10/28/98. I have gone as high on the customer service ladder as I can go. can someone please tell me what to do next. I have the not reporting the account in dispute violation, failure to respond in 30 days. thank You
not my area of expertise - I'm in the middle of one of these myself... but have you taken a look at the son of nutcase?
I would send them an Intent to sue, for violating the FCRA. I would give them seven business days to contact regarding the violation before filing lawsuit in small claims court. are you ready to go there yet?
