Sorry if someone already pointed this out, but I checked Experian this morning, and the FCNB tradeline now reads "closed at consumer's request." wajaba
I called the other day to get my security deposit applied to my account and she said that it would take up to 45 days. I was pissed but saw that an hour later it was applied. I just sent them a check for the difference today and will be done with it.
A rep just told me all accounts will get credit for the security deposit, either today or by the 21st of next month. They will issue checks if the account shows a credit when this happens.
