What's up? I have a couple of paid charge offs and I have a question. Is it necessary to have denial letters from CC companies to get removal? I have not been denied for anything because I have not applied for anything in a while. I read a post here about a nutcase letter for paid charge offs and the poster stated he applied for some CCs he knew he would not get so that he would have some ammo.

no it is not necessary to have denial letters for the nutcase series to be effective. please read the nutcase rationale and you will see that. the poster may have been referring to trying to get damages from ca's who did not respond to nutcase letters and had violated fcba or fcra.
