For those who subscribe to Credit Expert.....

It looks like it's now another version of Privacy Guard judging from their "ordering" system.

I'm looking around this morning to see what all has changed.

Just a heads up. Sorry I've been out of touch so long.

Its seems a lot slower than the old service.

I did notice that my "Plus Score" which I guess is pretty worthless since lenders will still be using FICO has gone up from 698 to 720 overnight at the same time as Amex reported a $7,500 increase in my balance - this seems a bit suspect.

I hated this format on PG... hate it even more on CE. WHY did they change?

Excuse me for being stupid. How do you pull a new report on CreditExpert without paying an additional $14.95 now? Do you get unlimited pull anymore?

my score jumped 50 points and my only neg disappeared.

if there's no online disputing and no true FICO score available now, how they can they justify taking those services away?? those are probably two of the biggest reasons many of us subscribe...

I don't think it was a true FICO score to start with, but suspect it is even more inaccurate now - mine went up from 698 to 720 overnight, wifes 678 to 734 - work that out!

Now what are the scores that creditors see.... these of MyFico.com .... this is getting really confusing.

Credit Expert was not/is not FICO. My CE scores were typically 30 points lower than my real FICO scores. I'm not a subscriber to CE now though, so I can't tell for sure what happened to the scores.

Yeah their system is all jacked up...so where can you find out your true fico scores? What happens when a Credit pulls experian, is it fico or their new score plus that they get.....they must be getting complaints I cant ever get a rep on the phone....I do think if you have unlimted pulls before you still get unlimted pulls...they just push you to a order screen. If you notice the price will say $0.00. Equifax changed their stuff too. I used to be able to pull unlimted reports, now they say its 4 per year and 12.95 after that.....it makes no sense...cause on their site it says unlimited pulls....where they have seem to put me is in their "classic" account which doesnt exist on their site as a product.

Under the score history sub-heading of CreditExpert it's indicated that a different score model is now being used, hence a change in score. My CreditExpert score increased 36 points!

Ok now that it has changed, how do you cancel the 30 day trial w/o calling them? Is there an email?
    Anyone figure it out yet
