This site is excellent. Need some help from you guys. I live in Minneapolis and real estate here is ridiculously high. Sometimes I wonder if I'll ever own a home. : ( I recently paid off debt on 2 credit cards (Sears, MBNA). When I looked @ my credit score last summer (when utilizations were both over 90%), I was: Equifax - 614 Transunion - 609 Experian - 574 ??? I haven't had a late payment in over 5 years with Sears---and over 2 years with MBNA. 9 and 8 years respectively with each. I have a student loan that should come off my record in 2006. By getting my balances to 0, how should I expect my scores to increase? Would it be possible for me to hit 700 - 720 by the year-end? Also, is it true that having a Sears card is a "good" thing? Thanks, Tommy
goto www.myfico.com and pull your report use promo code myfico20 to get a discount you will probably be over 700
Why would the scores be different at this site? Also, I used PG and my scores are EQ-590, EX-576 and TU-567. Do you think I could rise my scores to 700 by the end of the year!!!! I have mostly paid collections and charge-off's. Thanks for all the great help on this site!!!
I feel sick... MyFico EQ - 520 EX - 524 TU- 548 Where do I start!!! I really need help.... If anyone can suggest something... I need my scores to be at least 620-700 in 6 months. Is there any hope for me? I feel encouraged by the many successes of you all... But, it's quite depressing to see my polite in black in white... However, I am not going to whine or fret, just going to dispute and put a mute to all this bad debt away...I bet in about 6 months, I too will be saying YOUUUUU WHOOOOOOO! Please keep the excellent information coming and would be my hope that over the next few months...I will be contributing helpful suggestions as well. Thanks again... Lovely
Re: Re: Score Change! How did you raise your scores...??? I am finding this process very overwhelming. Is it ez just to hire someone or do it yourself?

Re: Re: Re: Score Change! The main question is was what is causing your credit to look that way. Give us a picture of some of the problem accounts.
