Just thought I'd update everyone...... After my first round of disputes I've had 24 accounts removed from DH's file and 9 from mine. Over 12K in balances have been removed, 2 BKs and one judgment are also gone. I also have a 2K settlement offer from a violating OC in the works. Thank you to ALL who have helped me over the last 8 weeks.

Thanks everyone! I sure couldn't have done it without the help I received here. I am so blessed that I found this site! Soup: My DH has 10 accounts that we have our atty working on because they should not be there. Even with him involved, they are ignoring him too. I have 11 on mine, 3 of which are in the hands of our attorney and the other 8 I'm hitting now in round two. Thank you all for your encouragement!
on the bks and judgement were they yours and they just got deleted or was it wrong information they deleted.
One judgment was my DH's and I disputed it as "not mine" (the inaccuracy of it made it not mine) and it went away. The 2 bks were 1-2 years from falling off, voluntarily dismissed and inaccurate. When I disputed them as "not mine", they came off.
