   We have just received a letter from a attorney's office saying their wanting to enter a default judgement against us. We NEVER received anything saying we were being sued? We do not know what to do? Can we call the court or do we need an attorney? HELP! What do we do next?

   contact an attorney and find out what papers you should file with the court that will declare that you were never served with a summons & complaint.
