Does anyone know of a good loan company that IS NOT score driven but will provide a decent interest signature loan using a paid for car as collateral? (Car is 5 yrs old and low miles) I have good payment history but my scores suck due to 90% utilization on my credit cards, which is what the loan would be paying off. Need $8-10k. Anyone have any good advice? ideas? Thanks.

soup, what is your util on your current cards? And they gave you a $15k credit card? What were your other credit limits? What was the application process like? Did they respond quickly? Is the approval score driven and if so what scores are needed? What is the interest rate? Thanks for your help!
