I have the paperwork showing a deletion from equifax re: certegy i got a week ago. now a new tradeline from them is back was 120+ late (check return) now says charge off, returned check same account. no notification from equifax. This doesn't seem fair. Any suggestions? i thought deleted accounts require notification before re-insertion?
