    Hello,
When i first got credit expert i had done some investigations over the internet on me and wifes reports..They fixed the account investigations and sent an email for one of them..Now i had 8 injuries on investigation and i am down to 5..I have no clue if the 3 were verified or removed..They never sent me a email or snail mail..I know on my report one was removed because my CE went to 11 in the past 6 months..I know it is my fault for not writting down what i do, But shouldn't i be getting something from them saying what they are doing?? ....Our reports dont have negative items all accounts are paid to date never late and none of that other stuff..Just tons of injuries.....

Same here, did receive email giving me a report number and id # so that I can see what they did and all I am asking is to remove inquiries. They managed to remove 6. At one point in time, they did not send me anything but I figured it out by going thru the report.

If you don't supply and email address (by forgetting to...) they will provide you with a written copy which will of course be mailed after the investigation.... Around 35 days after you start.

But you can still go under the consumer center and select status of investigation and with your report number check out how things are going.
