I called Capital One to lower my Kmart Card rate and they can give me 9.9 for life (for purchase,balance transfer,cash advance) if I have made a balance transfer . It is too bad I don't owe any money otherwise it is a good deal. It is a very good rate except it is not Capital One Platinium Card. Ron.
George, I was so attempt for balance transfer for 9.9% offers and I really didn't owe anything. As you know how hard to get Capital One to give 9.9% fixed for life. They asked do I have any bills for them to pay. I said no. They put a note on my account to have this offer in case I called them back. As you know how easy to get 9.9% from Bank Of America and NextCard. Let me think do I have any bills to pay. It's is a good rate. Ron.
