   I have had the military star card for 5 years formely DPP.I have never missed a payment but they have never offered to lower the 14%apr.does any one have the military star card with an apr lower than 14%. thanks

   They are offering a 9.9% intro rate till 3 Nov 00. It than goes back to 14.25%. That is there standard rate.
