I guess I am still confused on who is running what. Is Citi S.D. running the universal card now, are they still separate or what is the real deal? Thanks
Citibank, N.A. (as in the Platinum Select issuer) runs AT&T Universal. Their credit department now decides approval and you can call 1-800-90-5114 for AT&T customer service (in addition to AT&T customer service on the back of the card). I don't think that you can combine limits from the Universal card and a Plat Select, but my mom says that AT&T folks said yeah, you could.
