Fax CA settlement letter? I found and modified the standard settlement letter which I am sending to a CA for full deletion of the account. I am paying the amount in full ($40). Should I send it CRRR or just fax it as I have their fax number? I can fax it from an "online" fax service. Thanks as always.
Re: Fax CA settlement letter? I've always been a big fan of getting the name of a manager and mailing it CRRR. Too Risky faxing it. They can always say they didn't get it and if you don't have a contact name, you'll never be able to follow up. I send all my settlement letters CRRR.
