    I bumped it b/c I called the second number (thanks Javan!) and got the problem I'd been working on for 11 months finally solved yesterday!


    I hope they are as helpful to you... :)

    My pleasure! I PFB'ed MBNA earlier this year to get some lates removed from an old account of my wife's. This info is from the letter they mailed in response. Good Luck!
