7 year question

    then how do i know in experian (credit expert)

    There is usually something in the remarks section of each negative tradeline that says "scheduled to remain until xx/20xx. Count back 7 years to see if it coincides with your records.

    mine used to say that, but not anymore. also in myfico for experian under last payment date some say not on record. what does this mean?

    If your report doesn't say when the DOLA was then it would behoove you to call or write the CRA's and ask them for that information. Even though I never paid my debts, once I found out about the 7 year limit I guesstimated when the last activity was on each account. Then when the 7 years were up I called each CRA and asked for deletion as 'not mine'.
